Premium D61 D65 Swamp Track Shoes Heavy-Duty Undercarriage Parts for Komatsu
Product Description (The "Why Us" Section)
Why Choose Our D61/D65 Swamp Shoes?
Unmatched Floatation & Traction Designed with a specialized arc/offset profile, our swamp shoes increase the ground contact area, significantly reducing ground pressure. This prevents your D61 or D65 dozer from sinking in peat, swampland, or soft mud, ensuring operational efficiency in the harshest environments.
Extreme Durability Against Bending The biggest challenge for wide swamp shoes is bending. We solve this by using Through-Hardened Boron Steel. Our specialized quenching and tempering process ensures the core hardness reaches HRC 42-48, providing exceptional high-yield strength to resist deformation under heavy loads.
Precision Fitment Manufactured strictly according to OEM dimensional standards. Our bolt-hole spacing, pitch, and curvature are precision-machined to ensure a perfect fit with your existing track chains/links, eliminating installation headaches.

FAQs & Solutions
Q1: "Will these shoes bend if I hit hard ground or rocks?"
Solution :
"Our swamp shoes are designed specifically for soft terrain (mud, peat, swamp). While we use heat-treated Boron Steel to maximize bending strength (yield strength), please note that swamp shoes are NOT recommended for rock or hard-packed abrasive surfaces. Using them on rock will shorten their lifespan. However, for soft ground application, our reinforced rib design ensures they will not deform under the machine's weight."
Q2: "How do I know if this fits my specific D65PX-15?"
Solution :
"We guarantee 100% fitment. Before shipping, we will provide a technical drawing for your approval. We just need you to confirm: 1. The track pitch (link pitch), 2. The bolt hole diameter, and 3. The distance between bolt holes. We have the OEM database for D65PX-15, but we double-check everything to be safe."
Q3: "What makes your shoes different from cheaper cast shoes?"
Solution :
"Many cheaper alternatives use Cast Steel which is brittle and prone to cracking under impact. We use Rolled Profile Boron Steel. Rolled steel has a consistent grain structure, making it significantly tougher and more resistant to wear and fatigue. It’s an investment in uptime—less downtime replacing broken shoes."
Q4: "Can you supply the bolts and nuts together?"
Solution :
"Yes, strictly recommended. When replacing track shoes, using new high-grade (Grade 12.9) plow bolts and nuts is crucial to maintain proper torque. We can ship the shoes with the hardware pre-packaged to save you sourcing time."
Q5: "These are heavy items. How do you handle shipping?"
Solution :
"We use strong, fumigated wooden pallets with steel banding protection to prevent movement during transit. We can maximize container loading (20ft heavy container) to lower your average shipping cost per unit. We handle FOB, CIF, or DDP terms depending on your preference."
