Our steel plate are beveled by big bevelling machine. Beveling seam is deep and even ,which make the welding is better. Other supplier bevel the steel plate manually and beveling seam is shallow and rough and is not good for welding.
We use mixed gas between argon and carbon dioxide for welding . This make welding soldering deeper and more even and can improve the welding seam's anti-porosity performance.
We use cylinder manufactured by big cylinder supplier and they adopt friction welding on cylinder . The piston rod is nickle-plated and tail is cast part.
Our pins are made of 40 CR and has been high-frequency treated and grinded. So the strength and precision of our pins is better .
We use American Aeroquip hose.
