1.Ensure Manufacturing Accuracy of the Track Frame
Strictly control the machining accuracy and welding quality of the track frame to ensure proper alignment and dimensional consistency, preventing misalignment-induced rail galling.
2.Accurate Adjustment of the Idler
Ensure that the idler, sprocket, and track rollers are aligned on the same centerline. Idler adjustment should meet design specifications to avoid lateral forces acting on the track chain.
3.Improve Track Frame Rigidity and Consistency
Ensure uniform stiffness of the track frames on both sides to prevent deformation under load, which could lead to uneven track wear and rail galling.
4.Prevent Axle Shaft Deformation
Control heat treatment and machining processes of axle shafts to ensure sufficient strength and straightness, avoiding deformation during operation.
5.Correct Installation of the Sprocket
Ensure that the sprocket tapered spline is fully pressed into position and properly secured to prevent axial or radial displacement during operation.
6.Use Qualified Undercarriage Components
Select track rollers, carrier rollers, and idlers that meet design and quality standards. Ensure proper hardness matching between rollers and track links.
7.Control Track Chain Straightness
Strictly control the straightness tolerance of the track chain during manufacturing and assembly to prevent lateral deviation during operation.
8.Standardize Operating Practices
Avoid long-term operation under (eccentric loading), sharp turning on hard ground, and excessive side loading. Regularly inspect track tension and adjust it according to operating conditions.
9.Regular Inspection and Maintenance
Periodically inspect the undercarriage for abnormal wear, metal debris accumulation, and alignment issues. Early detection and correction can effectively prevent severe rail galling and track derailment.
