How to distinguish the material and quality differences of track bolts

MATERIAL GRADE:

High quality bolts: Made of high-strength alloy steel (such as 40Cr, 42CrMo,grade steel),
with a tensile strength of ≥ 800MPa and a hardness of HRC 22-32, capable of withstanding heavy load impact.

Poor quality bolts: using ordinary carbon steel (such as Q235), with low tensile strength (about 400MPa), prone to deformation or fracture.

Heat treatment process:

High quality bolts need to undergo quenching and tempering treatment (quenching+high-temperature tempering),
with uniform surface and core hardness and no decarburization layer.

Poor quality products may omit heat treatment or have substandard processes, resulting in uneven hardness (hard surface, soft core) and susceptibility to brittle fracture.
