Advanced Gear Manufacturing for Excavators and Hydraulic Motors

Our company specializes in producing travel gears, swing gears, and precision gear components for excavators and hydraulic motors. The core materials used include 18CrMnTi and 20CrMnTi for gears, and 40Cr for ring gears and housings. Within the motor assembly, the sun gear (center gear), motor shaft, and gear sleeve are designed and manufactured as a matched set for optimal performance.

The motor transmits power through a reduction gearbox, converting high motor speed into the high torque and low speed required by excavators. To support heavy-duty applications—especially for 20-ton and above machines—we strengthen key components with deep carburizing layers of 1.2–1.25 mm, significantly higher than the industry’s average.

We maintain two complete production lines capable of processing gears from raw forging to finished products, supported by advanced grinding technology. Gear precision follows international grading standards (1–10), with our gears typically controlled at Grade 5–7, outperforming many competitors that operate at Grades 7–9. High-end gear grinding machines—costing from several million to over ten million—enable us to deliver lower noise, longer-life gearboxes.

To ensure stable quality, all gears undergo end-face grinding, sandblasting for anti-oxidation, ultrasonic particle cleaning, and demagnetization. Our product development capability is strong—we release 5–8 new excavator gear models every month, continuously expanding our product chain.

We supply well-performing domestic gearbox series such as RG06 (XCMG150/SY135), RG11 (LIUGONG225/SY215), RG14 (LIUGONG240/SY215C), and RG20 (XCMG370), widely trusted in Belt and Road markets.
